At CalBike in Oakland

Yesterday was a day of of great ups and downs as I learned of the latest bicycle fatality only hours before departing for Oakland and the 3-day Calbike Summit.

David Huntsman and I attended this every-other-year event in 2011 in Los Angeles and it was an overwhelming experience. The focus is on sharing best practices within the bicycle advocacy movement across California.
